Stomach upset is the usual one. Memorial Sloan Kettering lists it as the main side effect of bacopa extract (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri).
A review of bacopa adds nausea and cramps, plus possible effects on thyroid hormone and on drugs that act on the cholinergic system (Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation, Bacopa monnieri). Cholinergic medicines include some used for Alzheimer disease, glaucoma and bladder control. If you take one, say so.

One 12-week trial used 300 mg a day of extract (Calabrese 2008, Bacopa in Older Adults (J Altern Complement Med)). The review found no protection against dementia. Compare that with the label.
US rules list blend members from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36). Bacopa is name number 5 of 18 in a 661 mg blend, so it can hold at most 661 divided by 5. That is 132.2 mg.

Bacopa extract strengths vary by maker, and the label does not say which extract is used. A trial result belongs to its extract, not to every bottle with the same word on it.
