Are the 22 printed amounts high?
Mostly no. Most are a fraction of the adult upper limit; the highest shares are folic acid at 40%, niacin at 36% and zinc at 25%.
The percent that surprises people is vitamin B6: 12 mg is 706% of the Daily Value, but the upper limit is 100 mg, so it is about an eighth (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Vitamin E at 27 mg is 180% of the Daily Value, and the label's "DL-" prefix marks the synthetic form (NIH ODS, Vitamin E). The bars show every line against the adult need and limit.

What does the 661 mg blend line mean?
It means 18 ingredients together weigh 661 mg per serving, and the label does not say how that splits.
US rules list blend members from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36). So DMAE bitartrate, first, is at least 36.7 mg (661 divided by 18), and phosphatidylserine, last, is at most 36.7 mg. The middle names have ceilings only: bacopa at most 132.2 mg, grape seed at most 66.1 mg.
