Go Reviralis Side Effects: What the Label and Sources Say to Ask
Go reviralis side effects are not listed on the bottle. The label gives a caution instead: not for anyone under 18, and ask a provider first if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or seizure history, or take prescription medicine. Some of its names, like licorice and green tea extract, have known cautions from public health agencies.

What does the Reviralis label say about side effects?
It lists a caution, not a list of effects.
The label says do not exceed the recommended dose and that the product is not for anyone under 18. It asks you to consult a provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition or a history of seizures, or take prescription medicine, particularly antidepressants, blood thinners or medicine affecting the nervous or cardiovascular system.
No trial of the finished capsule is published, so no source can say how often anyone has a reaction. Read the side effects page for the full set.
Which names in the capsule have known cautions?
Five names and one vitamin line carry cautions from public agencies.
These are cautions about the ingredient in general, not findings about this capsule, since the real blend amounts are not printed. For example, licorice with glycyrrhizin can raise blood pressure and lower potassium (NCCIH, Licorice Root), and green tea extract has been linked to liver injury at high doses (NCCIH, Green Tea).
| Label line | Amount on label | Caution to ask about |
|---|---|---|
| Licorice root extract | Not printed (at most 47.21 mg) | Blood pressure, potassium |
| Green tea leaf extract | Not printed (at most 165.25 mg) | Liver, caffeine varies |
| Bilberry fruit extract | Not printed | May add to blood thinners |
| Vanadyl sulfate | Not printed (at most 38.88 mg) | Vanadium limit 1.8 mg a day |
| Vitamin B6 | 12 mg, 706% DV | Upper limit 100 mg a day |
Is 706% of the Daily Value for B6 a side-effect worry?
The percentage looks large, but 12 mg is under the 100 mg adult upper limit.
NIH ties long-term intakes well above the limit to sensory nerve damage (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Twelve mg is about 12% of that limit. The risk is stacking, when other products also carry B6. Add up every label you use.
The vanadyl sulfate line is different: at its ceiling it could hold more vanadium than the 1.8 mg limit allows, though the label does not say it does (National Academies, trace-element DRIs). See the B6 limit post.

When should I stop and get help?
Stop the capsules and call a clinician for a rash, stomach pain that will not settle or any reaction that worries you.
For trouble breathing, a seizure, chest pain, swelling of the face or throat, or sudden confusion with a severe headache and stiff neck. Keep taking prescribed medicine, including any antiviral, unless your prescriber says otherwise. See a clinician for a diagnosis; other conditions look like herpes.
More on skin reactions is in the rash post.
FAQ01
Reviralis questions people ask
What are the side effects of Reviralis?
The label lists none. It gives cautions for people under 18, pregnant or nursing, with seizures or a medical condition, or on prescription medicine. No trial of the capsule is published, so ask a pharmacist about your own medicines.
Can Reviralis cause stomach upset?
The label does not say. Some names in it, such as bacopa and inositol, are linked to stomach upset at study doses, but the blend amounts are not printed. Take the capsules with 8 oz of water as directed and report persistent upset.
Is the B6 in Reviralis too high?
It is 12 mg, labelled 706% of the Daily Value, and the adult upper limit is 100 mg a day. The risk comes from adding other B6 products. Total every label you take.
Can I take Reviralis with antidepressants?
We cannot clear it. The label names antidepressants specifically and asks you to consult your provider first. Ask a pharmacist with your full medicine list in hand before starting.
Does Reviralis interact with blood thinners?
The label names blood thinners in its caution. Bilberry, vitamin E and omega-3 DHA each carry bleeding-related notes from public sources. Your prescriber should review the full list before you begin.
